Machine cutting gives us best standard, uniform quality and regular capacity. This enables us to work more efficiently.

These stitching machines are divided in multiple halls for making it possible for the quality control supervisors to control the quality at each step of stitching. Glove stitching is very intense and hardworking job. An average capacity of a worker to stitch glove in a day shift is 35-50 pairs. There are few gloves styles which can be produced 100 pairs per stitcher and there are some gloves which have an average of 10 pairs a day. Gloves stitching are mostly done with Polyester or Nylon threads depending upon the requirements.
